Cooling off period

We will accept a returned item if it is sent back unused within 14 days of receiving the goods. The customer is entitled to a full refund for the value of the goods, but not the original shipping and the customer must pay for the return shipping to us.

We will exchange items for another product but the customer will pay for the return shipping to us and the subsequent reshipping of the replacement item.

Before sending the product back, please contact us for an RMA number and details of where to send the item or we are not liable for loss.

We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange an item where the mask seal has been broken to protect our staff from exposure to health risk. This is because compromised items cannot be inspected and need to be destroyed

Faulty items

If goods are returned within 6 months of receiving them, because they are faulty, customers will be given a full refund including shipping or we will replace the item at no extra charge.
